 Establishing a teacher  training program a
priority.

Year One
-Identify needs

-Establish initial mission and belief statements

-Build support and commitment

-Establish core committee

-Provide basic training

-Cultivate climate for growth

Year Two
-Expand planning committee

-Construct elements on campus

-Continue to cultivate climate for growth

-Continue training

-Refine mission and guiding statements

Classroom integration, and building EE into the curriculum was a big step in year 3.
Year Three
-Restructure, expand planning committee

-Establish permanency

-Continue basic training

-Begin advanced training

-Establish leadership and related costs

-Develop related program guides and brochures

-Continue to expand and align program

-Promotion, marketing

-Developing program across all five components

-Continued integration of program into unit plans and related curriculum
documents
