Experiential Education Throughout the School Experiential education at EARJ has been incorporated into the three main divisions of the school, lower, middle, and upper. In each division, the components are very different, yet hit on five focal points of the program. These focal points are: character and ethics, leadership, decision making, community service, and outdoor education. From ropes training, to food drives, to morning circle discussions, experiential education is brought to the students of Escola Americana in many forms, and yet all come together to give the students rich experiences within the program.
