This year brought the incorporation of Via Sapientia trips into the curriculum for grades 6,7, and 8. These trips were a chance for students to get off-campus with their teachers and visit some of the key historical points in Brazil. All subject areas were incorporated into the trip, which lasted 4-5 days. Experiential Education pedagogy was key tool used on this trip to take historical points and social issues and make them relavent in the lives of our students.
