9th Grade Project
Abstract |
The US Drama class plans to offer a drama workshop to younger students (approximately 7 – 10 years old) both from EARJ and from neighboring communities. The Drama students have planned and practiced ideas for the workshop in which they hope to introduce the younger students to such ideas as the importance and power of body language and tone and to teach them the basics of improvisation. Ideally, the younger students would learn through this Drama project that they have more control than they might think over situations in which good communication, exercising control over all aspects of expression, including voice, body, face, and tone, could enhance a relationship or prevent a conflict. |
