Developing an Understanding of Self and Others
Once a week Ms. Patricia, the school's counselor, comes to our
classroom to introduce Duso, a friendly and kind dolphin who has many
friends.
The children discuss many different issues that happened to Duso and
his friends.In that way, the children get involved in listening to
other peers and solving Duso's problems. |

Miss Patricia tells a story to illustrate the theme and a discussion
takes place with the children's opinions and feelings.
After a while, they have an individual task or a group activity related
to the theme. |
