​Sou Fã. E agora? By Frini ​Georgakopoulos

The EARJ had the honor of hosting a conference by former student, Frini Georgakopoulos (Class of 1999), who is a recently published author, blogger and runs literary events in her free time. Frini first contacted us with the wish to donate her new book, Sou Fã. E agora? published by Seguinte, the branch for young adult at Companhia das Letras, to the Learning Commons.  She remembers how her love for books started in EARJ grounds with a very special teacher who motivated his students to read and to value the art of writing.

We jumped to the occasion and invited her to talk to the US students and to give her the opportunity for a special signing of her books at EARJ in a place that she holds dear to her heart, EARJ. She is currently working on her second book and we wish her all the best!
