What Is Included in the Tuition Fees?
EARJ tuition and fees are designed to cover a wide range of essentials and include all academic materials (except personal devices required for Grades 6–12), access to modern facilities, and a broad spectrum of curricular and extracurricular activities:
- Curriculum materials: Textbooks, lab supplies, and essential subscriptions for a complete learning journey.
- Classroom technology: Access to cutting-edge technology to support learning across subjects.
- Counseling and student wellbeing services: A supportive environment that prioritizes your child's emotional and academic growth.
- College Counseling: Comprehensive college counseling services to guide students through the process of selecting the right college or university. Our experienced counselors support each student's unique goals and aspirations, helping them navigate the application process with confidence.
Capital Fund Contribution
As part of our commitment to providing state-of-the-art facilities and resources, a Capital Fund contribution is required for all new students. This contribution supports investments in campus infrastructure, technology, and other facilities that enhance the learning environment.
Additional Fees:
In addition to the core tuition, there are optional and required fees to ensure your child has access to all services and activities available at EARJ.

Applicable to selective students that are enrolled after the start of Grade 2 through Grade 12. |

| Cafeteria Services Recommended |
EARJ partners with Sodexo for food service. Billing happens at the end of each month and is based on consumption. |
| Transportation Optional |
EARJ partners with Santa Rosa Transportation (Gávea Campus) and Psiu Transportes (Barra Campus) for school bus services. Families can arrange these services directly with the providers. |
| After School Activities for Lower School Optional |
A wide range of extracurricular activities is available for Nursery–Grade 5. |
| After School Activities for Upper School Optional |
A variety of extracurricular activities is available for Grades 6–12. |
| International Baccalaureate (IB) Optional |
The IB program has its own exam fees per subject, including charges for exam registrations and transcripts. For more information, feel free to contact us. |
| Vacation Camp Optional |
Fun and engaging programs held every July and January for children ages 3–12, offering a great opportunity for children to stay active and explore new activities during school breaks. |
