Instructional Coach Position Summary: The Instructional Coach supports student achievement by leading and improving instructional practices at division levels across EARJ. Staff Barra
At the American School, we value diversity and believe that different perspectives strengthen us as a community. This position has the following responsibilities:
- Develop procedures and anticipate crisis intervention for acute illnesses and injuries;
- Maintain, assess, and interpret cumulative health data to address the individual needs of students and staff;
- Plan and implement health management protocols for school-aged children and children with special health needs, including medication administration;
- Promote and assist in the control of communicable diseases through preventive immunization programs, early detection, surveillance, and reporting of contagious diseases;
- Provide direct health education and health counseling to assist students and teachers;
- Support teachers on student health matters;
- Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, school policy, and administrative procedures;

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website
- Work closely with the website agency to develop and refine the Information Architecture, wireframes, prototypes and responsive layouts for the new website build to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience that maximizes conversion rates;
- Support the creation of new website designs and content while conducting A/B testing and performance analysis to continually optimize the design and effectiveness of the page.;
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior and key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics;
- Perform regular updates to the school website, ensuring content is current and engaging;
- Create and support SEO strategies, including keyword optimization;
- Report on web performance.
Newsletter
- Receive and organize the content;
- Edit (using the Mailchimp or other EARJ tools);
- Send to the EARJ mailing list;
- Monitor the open rate through reports;
- Suggest topics and actions to increase engagement with the tool.
Social Media
- Build and maintain the school’s presence on social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube;
- Content Curation;
- Develop a strategic posting schedule, including copy, artwork, and posting schedule;
- Track events and projects for stories;
- Respond to comments from followers or prospects on owned channels to build relationships and foster engagement;
- Conduct research on social media platforms to understand engagement trends, audience preferences, and the effectiveness of different types of content.;
- Monitor social media channels and develop monthly reports.
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Design campaigns that promote institutional campaigns on digital platforms;
- Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, and content to display in conversion funnels to drive school engagement and conversions,
- Reduce customer acquisition cost, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV);
Digital Platforms
- Develop and assist in the editing of newsletters, blogs, intranets, and event landing pages.
REQUIREMENTS:- In-depth knowledge of paid media channels (Google Ads and Meta Ads), Digital Marketing Metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, others), Google Analytics, Adwords and SEO strategies. Proven experience in social media management, organic growth and Social Media programming platforms.
- Proven experience in web page design, with an emphasis on creating high-converting pages. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices for responsive web design. Familiarity with conversion optimization (CRO) techniques and analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
- Knowledge in Illustrator/ Photoshop/ InDesign/ WordPress
- Photography and Video editing in Premier and Cap Cut
- Computer Science or Advertising Degree Complete.
