Barra Campus

EARJ is looking for an experienced and accomplished Lower School English as an Academic Language Teacher (EAL) to join our Barra campus team for July 2024. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Degree in English/Portuguese; 3-5 years of experience as a Lower School EAL Teacher – preferred if in an international school context; a skillful practitioner in multilingual classrooms; a motivated learner who accepts responsibility for their own growth; someone who thrives in an atmosphere of transformational leadership; is passionate about learning and skilled in high-impact 21st century instruction; and, most importantly, teaches students not subjects. Gávea Campus

EARJ is looking for an experienced and accomplished Lower School Teaching Assistant to join our Gávea campus team for July 2024. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’;s degree (in Pedagogy is preferred).; 3-5 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant – preferred if in an international school context; a skillful practitioner in multilingual classrooms; a motivated learner who accepts responsibility for their own growth; someone who thrives in an atmosphere of transformational leadership; is passionate about learning and skilled in high-impact 21st century instruction. Provides classroom support for EARJ’s students in all areas of learning, answering questions and supervising students as they work independently or/in groups, assisting with a high quality education for academic and personal development of students. Responsible for assisting the needs of the EARJ’s students and classroom environment in support of the classroom teacher. EARJ is looking for an experienced and accomplished Lower School Counselor to join our Gávea campus team for July 2024. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy (Educational Orientation) and/or Psychology, Psychopedagogy or related field; 5-7 years of experience as a Lower School Counselor – preferred if in an international school context; solid experience working with children ranging from 3 – 12 years old, and their parents; working knowledge of counseling models, practices and resources; experience working with families and students in a multicultural school setting; experience managing behavioral and emotional needs with positive interventions. The Counselor serves as an educational leader in the Lower School by supporting the social, emotional and academic needs of all students. The Counselor collaborates with the School Administration, faculty and staff to build a positive, supportive and inclusive learning environment through education; best practices; and culturally responsive, data-informed prevention and intervention. The Lower School Counselor guides students from diverse international backgrounds to develop resilience and healthy coping strategies for success in school and life. Staff

EARJ is looking for a versatile professional to join our team as a Marketing Specialist in Social Media and Paid Traffic, as well as Website Development. If you are passionate about digital strategies and have solid experience in this field, we want to meet you! Responsibilities:  Collaborate with the responsible agency to build the school&#39;s new website.  Make continuous adjustments to the website and operate existing platforms.  Responsible for planning, scheduling, and posting on the school&#39;s social media channels.  Plan and execute paid traffic campaigns to optimize results.  Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.  Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives and marketing goals.  Stay updated on digital marketing trends and propose new ideas to enhance existing strategies. Requirements:  Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, paid traffic, and website construction and maintenance.  Fluent spoken and written English; will be tested.  Ability to create and manage effective campaigns on Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.  Analytical skills to interpret data and performance reports.  Position is 100% onsite.  Bachelor&#39;s degree in Communication (with Advertising skills), Marketing, Data Science, or Administration.
