Faculty Barra:

EARJ is looking for an experienced and accomplished MYP Coordinator/Teacher to join our Barra campus team for July 2025. The position has a 0.5 teaching component and release time of 0.5 for MYP Coordination duties and responsibilities. The ideal candidate is: qualified to Masters degree level; 3-5 years of qualified teaching experience in an international school context; a skillful practitioner in multilingual classrooms; a motivated learner who accepts responsibility for their own growth; someone who thrives in an atmosphere of transformational leadership; is passionate about learning and skilled in high-impact 21st century instruction; and, most importantly, teaches students not subjects. Instructional Coach Position Summary: The Instructional Coach supports student achievement by leading and improving instructional practices at division levels across EARJ. The Instructional Coach will provide personalized support that is based on the goals and identified needs of teams or individual teachers.
